Terms of Service

Tactipedia (“we”, “our”, “us”, “app”) is an offline-first mobile utility application developed by Koi Spirit.

Tactipedia is provided as a personal utility tool for non-commercial use only. While Koi Spirit makes reasonable efforts to maintain the quality and functionality of Tactipedia, the app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Koi Spirit makes no guarantees regarding reliability, accuracy, or availability of the app. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koi Spirit is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or inability to use Tactipedia.

Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, resell, or create derivative works from the app, nor attempt to extract or reuse any part of the app's code, artwork, or assets without express permission from Koi Spirit. The app may change over time. Features, behavior, or availability may be updated, modified, or discontinued as part of ongoing development.

Download and/or use of the app constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Tactipedia is designed to be offline-first. All user-created content and app data are stored locally on your device. No advertising, analytics, or tracking technologies are used.

License and subscription information (email address, technical device information, and entitlement status) is stored securely on our servers to enable license validation and device transfers.

Locally stored data may be permanently lost if the app is uninstalled, the device is reset, or storage is cleared. Koi Spirit is not responsible for any loss of user-entered data.

All information stored in Tactipedia is created and managed solely by the user. Koi Spirit does not verify, validate, moderate, review, or curate user-entered content. Users are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and use of any data they create or store within the app.

Access to Tactipedia game cards is unlocked via a time-based subscription plan (1, 3, 6, or 12 months), processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment details — all payment information is handled directly by Stripe.

Upon purchase, a unique license key is generated and delivered to your email address. Each license is valid for use on a single device at a time. You may transfer your license to a different device once per license using the in-app device transfer feature.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

Tactipedia may offer a 7-day free trial, limited to one trial per device. The trial cannot be reset or extended.

Tactipedia is an independent utility tool designed to assist tabletop gaming hobbyists. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any tabletop game publisher. Tactipedia does not include or distribute official game rules, statistics, or proprietary content. Users are responsible for ensuring they have lawful access to any official game materials they reference.

All original in-app artwork, user interface elements, and visual assets are the intellectual property of Koi Spirit.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Tactipedia shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
