Tactipedia (“we”, “our”, “us”, “app”) is an offline-first mobile utility application developed by Koi Spirit.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Tactipedia mobile app.

Tactipedia collects minimal personal information necessary for core app functionality. We do not collect your name, phone number, or payment details.

We collect the following:

• Email address — provided at purchase to deliver your license key
• Technical device information — used to verify app entitlements
• Subscription and entitlement status
• App version and platform information

This information is used solely to operate the app, deliver license keys, and enable subscribed features. We do not sell, share, or disclose your information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Game card purchases are processed through Stripe, our payment service provider.

We do not receive or store your payment information. Stripe handles all payment processing securely. Only the fulfilment status of your purchase is used to unlock app access.

Tactipedia is designed to be offline-first.

All user-created content and app data are stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app, reset your device, or clear app storage, locally stored data may be permanently removed by your operating system.

License and subscription information (email address, technical device information, and entitlement status) is stored securely on our servers to enable license validation and device transfers.

To maintain app stability and performance, limited technical diagnostics (such as crash reports or error logs) may be collected by platform services.

These diagnostics:

• Do not include personally identifiable information
• Are used only to identify and fix technical issues
• Are not used for advertising, tracking, or profiling

Tactipedia relies on the following third-party services for essential functionality:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — secure license and subscription data storage
• Resend — transactional email delivery (license keys)

These services process only the data necessary to provide their functionality. Each service is governed by its own privacy policy.

Tactipedia is a general-audience application and is not specifically directed toward children.

In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.

License and subscription data is retained for the duration of your subscription. If you would like to request deletion of your data, please contact us using the details below.
